Job Description

Location: Miami, FL or Remote Job Title: Acquisitions Assistant Summary: The Acquisitions Assistant plays a vital role in assisting the acquisitions team in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the acquisitions team in conducting market research and identifying potential investment opportunities.
  • Perform financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions, including reviewing financial statements and conducting valuation analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of acquisitions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all acquisition-related activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
