Our well established GC clients is looking to hire a Project Manager ideally with experience in healthcare, higher education, or large-scale commercial projects.
Experience:
-5+ years of commercial construction experience
Responsibilities:
-This position is responsible for managing highly complex and detailed construction projects while staying on schedule and meeting the client's needs from project start to close
-The Project Manager will own the lead role and guide the project team in their assigned duties and ensure excellent communication and documentation are viewed as a priority
-Prepares project status reports and works to ensure work adheres to contract specifications
-Create and execute project work plans
