Project Manager - Luxury Custom Builders in Freestone County, TX

Your Role:

As Construction Project Manager , you'll take full ownership of custom home projects from pre-construction through to final walk-through. You will oversee site operations, manage subcontractors, maintain budgets and timelines, and ensure that every detail meets our high standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the construction of custom, high-end residential homes from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams
• Maintain and manage project timelines, budgets, and job site logistics
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate clearly with clients, architects, and design teams to ensure alignment
• Provide regular updates and reports to company leadership
• Manage procurement of materials and schedule deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction project management (luxury home experience preferred)
• Deep understanding of custom homebuilding processes, codes, and best practices
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in construction software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, or similar)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites across Freestone County and surrounding areas
