This position will oversee plant-level food safety and quality systems at one of the company’s flagship production facilities, playing a key role in maintaining product integrity and regulatory compliance.

This organization has a strong legacy of innovation, a deep-rooted commitment to product integrity, and a culture that values people, progress, and doing things the right way. You’ll be joining a team that plays a direct role in delivering trusted products to consumers nationwide.

  • Drive adherence to GMPs and ensure consistent execution of sanitation and quality protocols across all shifts.
  • Interpret quality metrics, pinpoint areas of risk or deviation, and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs).
  • Develop and mentor a team of quality technicians, instilling best practices in food safety and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for regulatory agencies and third-party auditors during inspections and audits.
  • Participate in departmental budgeting, resource planning, and overall quality strategy execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline such as Food Science, Microbiology, or Biology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in food or beverage production with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Familiarity with the demands of a high-speed, multi-shift operation; availability to support a 24/7 production schedule as needed.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead from the floor and influence across departments.
  • Deep understanding of industry regulations including HACCP, FSMA, and GMP best practices.

Why Consider This Role?

  • Be part of a respected organization known for producing high-quality, consumer-loved products.
  • Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth.
  • Competitive salary, strong benefits, and performance-based bonuses.
