Summary

Renters Warehouse is looking for licensed real estate agents who want to specialize in the investor market and generate repeat clients (investors who buy multiple houses over time) and recurring revenue (commissions for leasing properties after acquisition, in perpetuity). This is not the traditional realtor’s approach and is an exciting career opportunity for the right applicant.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

1. Engage and assist investors looking to buy or sell Investment grade properties and/or portfolios.
2. Leverage Renters Warehouse Marketplace tools to identify market specific trends and high yield properties for asset diversification.
3. Perform asset analysis and due diligence reporting for investors in need of real time market data.
4. Face to face and phone sales of our high-quality tenant placement and monthly property management system and services.
5. Perform rental property price analysis for new clients using Renters Warehouse resources and software.
6. Schedule prospective tenant property visits and showings.
7. Customer service related to the property owner and tenant's needs prior to and leading up to tenancy; including processing background information, lease documents, collecting deposit and first-month’s rent, and property inspection.

• Must possess a Real Estate License in the state in which work is performed. 1099 Position
• Proficient with online business solutions such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software. (Salesforce experience is ideal)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and sit at a desk working on a computer for multiple hours a day. The employee frequently is required to stand for multiple hours a day, climb flights of stairs and drive a vehicle when out in the field. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls when out in the field. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Hybrid Status: Much of the work can be performed at home, however, meetings with tenants and homeowners at the properties is required.

Travel Requirements: 25%-50% of travel required in a 50–100-mile radius around Metro area in which work is performed.
