REMOTE Healthcare Member Services Representative

About the Role:

As a Remote Healthcare Member Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You'll utilize cutting-edge technology to answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.

This is a remote position, and you must reside within 1-hour radius of 7901 E. Lowry Blvd. Denver, CO 80230

Start Date : June 16th, June 23rd, June 30th

Compensation:

  • During Training: $21.63/hr.
  • After Training: $22.66/hr.

Training/Working Schedule:

  • Training Hours 12 weeks: Fluctuate from Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm MST and 11:30am-9:30pm MST
  • Your schedule fluctuates during the training period and once you are completed with training you are given a set schedule that can change at times due to call volumes, but you are given a notice!
  • AFTER TRAINING: Must be able to work weekends- Schedule could be anywhere from 7am MST Start Time to 9:30pm MST (Mon-Sun)always have 2 days off during the week. MUST be able to work weekends!

What you will be doing:

  • Respond to a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assist Members w/ benefit questions, ordering ID cards, eligibility questions, billing inquiries, processing payments, etc.
  • Heavy data entry, updating patient profiles/demographics
  • Track interactions and ensure proper compliance using dual screens and the latest technology

Requirements:

  • 6 months+ Call Center Experience (2+yrs Customer Service Experience)
  • Pass Required Assessment
  • Able to work flexible/required hours of operation/work schedule
  • Healthcare knowledge is a PLUS but not required
