We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic  Physician  to join our  Rheumatology team. We are seeking an experienced Rheumatologist who will take a lead role in the setup and development of a general rheumatology practice.

Position Details:

• Full-time hospital employed position

• Schedule: Monday-Friday

Education/Experience

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required:  Rheumatology

Experience Requirements : 5 years of practice experience

Licensure : Indiana Medical License

Certifications : Must maintain BLS/ACLS
