Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Learn and comply with GMPs
• Learn and comply with SOPs pertinent to plant sanitation and food safety
• Ability to understand and follow correct broom, brush, and barrel policies
• Cleaning equipment with proper cleaning utensils
• Cleaning floors and walls with proper cleaning utensils
• Report any observed pest activity to Plant Superintendent
• Daily cleaning of restrooms and break room
• Daily emptying of trash containers in rest rooms and break rooms
• Other plant maintenance as directed
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work all shifts and weekends when required
