About the Role
The Company is seeking an experienced Credit Executive to play a critical role in leading our credit and underwriting operations for small-ticket loans and equipment leases. In this influential position, you will oversee the comprehensive credit and underwriting process, from establishing credit authorities to developing training programs, while significantly contributing to our strategic growth initiatives. This role requires a professional with extensive experience in commercial credit analysis and leadership, a dedication to exceptional service, and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities for the Credit Executive include:
The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of senior-level experience in commercial credit and underwriting, a deep understanding of credit risk assessment, and a proven ability to lead and mentor credit professionals. Familiarity with small business credit scoring models, secured lending practices, and relevant regulatory filings is essential. The capacity to make informed decisions based on analytical expertise and business acumen is crucial. Proficiency in loan origination systems and credit automation tools is preferred.
