We're looking for a results-driven and analytical Senior Financial Analyst who is passionate about turning data into insights that drive strategic decision-making. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You'll work cross-functionally to provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, and contribute to our company's growth. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strategic mindset to problem-solving.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Analyze financial data, business trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to inform business strategy. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership. Support monthly close processes and variance analysis. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and tools. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed Initiative & Self-Direction Proactively identifies solutions, manages time effectively, and takes ownership of work. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or CPA strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a SaaS or technology company. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
