About the Role
Our credit union is actively looking for a dynamic Senior Lending Executive to spearhead and manage a wide range of lending activities. As a vital part of our executive management team, you will play a crucial role in cultivating our unique lending culture, ensuring that all lending and loan servicing align with our risk tolerance, growth objectives, and regulatory standards. This influential position includes overseeing residential, commercial, and consumer lending, where you'll be a key decision-maker in loan approvals and quality assessments. Responsibilities will encompass driving loan production, growth, and origination, alongside developing innovative products, pricing strategies, underwriting processes, portfolio management, secondary market sales, and maintaining high asset quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance, and a Master's degree is preferred. We seek someone with at least 10-15 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector, particularly focusing on lending. Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills are a must, as well as the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious loan production and credit quality targets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can decisively align key decisions with our organizational goals while ensuring compliance with lending regulations.
