About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Lending Executive to spearhead our lending initiatives. You will be at the forefront of strategic planning and business development, managing key client relationships, and driving the growth of our organization. Your insightful leadership will not only mentor a talented team of professionals but also elevate our presence at industry events and conferences.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong leadership background with proven success in the credit union industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills are essential for engaging with stakeholders and driving success. A deep understanding of the financial services sector—especially in lending, investment, and risk management—is critical.
A minimum of a relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field is required, while an advanced degree is highly preferred. We seek a strategic thinker and a collaborative team player who is passionate about contributing to the continued success of our credit union.
