We're looking for an exceptionally experienced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative Staff Product Manager to help  define and drive key aspects of the vision for our  Workforce Scheduling Platform . This crucial platform optimizes the utilization of our rapidly growing two-sided professional network, ensuring seamless operations, efficient expert deployment, and a great experience for our professional experts.

This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Intuit in its transformation to industry-leading service operations technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong data and analytical skills to deeply understand scheduling patterns, measure product performance, and make highly informed decisions that significantly improve efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration: Proactively partner with various stakeholders across different teams and functions to gather requirements, manage complex dependencies, and ensure successful, impactful product launches.
  • Innovation & AI/ML Exploration: Actively explore and recommend new technologies and approaches, particularly in optimization and AI/ML, to enhance scheduling intelligence and automation, contributing to the strategic direction.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of direct Product Management experience - designing and delivering world-class software products, ideally with a strong focus optimization or complex operational systems.
  • Proven ability to navigate, influence, and manage stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization, often across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for backend platform and front-end products
  • Strong project management and program leadership skills
  • Strong SQL and/or analytical skills to extract deep insights, model data, and inform strategic product decisions.
  • Ability to clearly articulate problems that need to be solved, define KPIs to measure impact, and work with engineers and analysts to ensure delivery of those KPIs
  • A successful history of delivering customer-driven products that create excellent customer experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including prompting and practical usage, with a clear understanding of how to apply these technologies to solve complex scheduling challenges.
