We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. We hit a milestone in early 2024 by achieving profitability and have ambitious goals for the next few years scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business. Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and lead our most impactful and complex searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership hiring.

Responsibilities

• Act as the project leader on the roles you are running, driving the search forward, identifying blockers and bottlenecks along the interview process, search parameters and candidate funnel, and ensuring continual progress.
• Lead very thorough initial screens with carefully crafted interview questions that mimic later-stage hiring manager interviews, analyzing key requirements to surface the most valuable insights and evidence of high performance.
• Own senior-level searches in the U.S. and Canada across multiple business areas including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration.
• Mentor and support the development of junior team members through coaching and contributing to training resources.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in searches.
• Experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles across functions such as product, business operations, software engineering, data science, finance or business analytics.
• Experience managing and driving progress across multiple searches.
• A track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, demanding environment.
• Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline.

The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, the compensation may include opportunities for equity grants.
