Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (B2B, 100% Commission – Uncapped Earnings)

Location: Miami, FL; Southern Florida

About the Role:

Steadfast Foundation Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced, motivated, and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential , ideal for self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Your territory will initially focus on Florida Condos where there are ample sales opportunities to reduce condo maintenance reserves. However, any prospect in the US can become your customer in this remote position.

In this role, you will develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with business clients. You’ll be representing our Slabsure structural monitoring technology to a wide range of industries, providing tailored solutions and delivering exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
• Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Manage your accounts and schedule independently
• Report sales activity using our CRM or other tracking tools
• Lead the development of our condo sales in the largest US market.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or similar high-performance environments
• Strong hunter mentality with the drive to generate leads and close deals quickly
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable with a 100% commission structure
• Full and part time available

Professional installers (our B2B customers) buy and install Slabsure and sell the service to the consumer. The installer is actively engaged in the long-term recurring monitoring revenue and long-term guided maintenance for additional cost. Slabsure can offer extended warranties that will pay for foundation repairs subject to terms and condition.
