IDR is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, CO. This organization specializes in designing innovative healthcare applications aimed at improving physician workflows and patient outcomes. The role focuses on advancing user experience design within the healthcare IT industry to better serve clinicians and their patients.
Position Overview for the Senior UX Researcher:
- Lead research initiatives to understand user needs and improve application usability in a healthcare environment.
- Plan, execute, and analyze qualitative and quantitative research studies including surveys, user personas, and journey maps.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to inform product development with research insights.
- Recruit and manage test participants, develop testing protocols, and conduct usability study sessions.
- Communicate research findings clearly to stakeholders and influence product strategy through actionable recommendations.
Requirements for the Senior UX Researcher:
- 6+ years of experience in user experience research and design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, and usability principles.
- Proven ability to conduct and interpret both qualitative and quantitative research impacting product decisions.
- Experience in planning and executing research projects involving analytics, customer insights, and support data.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present research findings and recommendations across teams.
