Overview

We are looking for a Staff Recruiter to join our growing team at Jerry.ai. Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and lead our most impactful and complex searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership hiring. We are building a small and mighty team of the highest Caliber people to scale from 5M to 50M customers and become a $10B business.

About The Opportunity

We hit a milestone in early 2024 by achieving profitability and have ambitious goals for the next few years. Our bar for talent is exceedingly high, and we hire intentionally to stay lean, agile, and capable of accomplishing big things together.

We are a pre-IPO startup with capital, traction and runway, aiming to build a household-name company over the next few years.

Report directly to a cofounder and collaborate with leaders from top firms and tech companies.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • You will act as the project leader on the roles you are running, driving the search forward, identifying blockers and bottlenecks along the interview process, search parameters and candidate funnel, and ensuring continual progress.
  • Conduct thorough initial screens with carefully crafted questions that mimic later-stage interviews, typically 45-60 minutes, to surface the most valuable insights about candidates performance, skills, and traits.
  • As a senior member of the recruiting team, primarily own senior-level searches in the U.S. and Canada across multiple business areas including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration.
  • Mentor and support the development of junior team members through coaching and contributing to training resources.

Ideal Profile
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches.
  • Experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles across functions such as product, operations, software engineering, data science, finance, or analytics (bonus for contingency agency experience).
  • Experience managing multiple searches and driving progress across them.
  • Track record of success in a high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree in a rigorous discipline.

The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed on this job posting, determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. In addition to base salary, compensation may include equity opportunities.
