Your Mission: As a Lead Installer , you'll play a pivotal role in transforming workspaces and enhancing the way businesses operate. Your leadership will help us achieve our vision of becoming the first “World Class Provider” of facility services, and you'll do this with a commitment to excellence every day.

In this role, you’ll supervise a dedicated team of installers, ensuring that furniture installations, repairs, moves, and deliveries are executed seamlessly. Your focus on exceptional customer service and high-quality work will be crucial in creating a smooth workflow and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Purpose: Supervise installation teams of 2-10 members, fostering a cohesive and collaborative environment.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure each project meets high standards for cost, quality, safety, delivery, and sales.
  • Train and Develop: Actively mentor team members in technical skills and best practices.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear daily work plans and maintain open lines of communication with customers, team members, and management.
  • Prioritize Safety: Promote and participate in a culture of safety, ensuring a secure work environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback for growth.

Skills & Abilities:

  • A proactive and dependable attitude, always ready to tackle the day’s challenges.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • A good understanding of commercial and systems furniture.
  • Previous experience in furniture installation (1+ years) and leadership (1+ years preferred).
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ServiceTRAX.
  • A willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight trips.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (preferred).
  • A commitment to professionalism and a positive representation of the company.
