Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate requirements. Keep a steady stream of potential candidates flowing. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various tech positions. Manage candidate testing, tracking, and reference checks. Guide candidates through salary negotiations and offer processes. Maintain and organize candidate data in our applicant database.
