\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 7:00 PM
\n• Every other weekend requirement with 4 weekend shifts per 4 weeks
\n• Holiday requirement: One major and two minor holidays at Christmas time (eves considered minors)
\n• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity
\n• First to float when census is low - may float to ER, Telemetry, Medical/Surgical units, or sister facility
\n• Minimum 2 years of night shift experience required for both campuses
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• Electronic medical record system: Cerner
\n• Telemetry monitoring: Phillips system
\n• Ventilator management: RT manages, nurses troubleshoot
\n• Floor-specific orientation: Minimum 2 shifts plus one for Cerner training
\n• Care for patients with neuro conditions, post-surgical cases (radical cancer, DaVinci, abdominal, urology), CVA, TPA, respiratory failure, sepsis, and oncology patients
\n• Possibility of being placed on call if staffing is reduced
\n• BSN degree not required
\n• Cancellation policy: Up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment

\nThis 20-bed intensive care unit provides critical care services with comprehensive support including 24/7 respiratory therapy, pharmacy services, and PICC/Midline team availability. The facility features modern equipment including Phillips telemetry systems and ventilators, with plans for 24/7 intensivist coverage. The ICU specializes in neurological cases, post-surgical care, and complex medical conditions, working collaboratively with multiple departments to provide comprehensive patient care across two campus locations.
