• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2210 - $2370\n
• Location: Rosedale, Maryland (zip code 21237) – Baltimore area healthcare jobs\n
• Facility: Busy community hospital with 14 operating rooms\n
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 11/11/2025 – End: 2/10/2026)\n
• Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts per week (07:30 – 15:30)\n
• Total Hours: 40 hours per week\n
• Call Requirement: 3 weeknights and 2 weekends in a 6-week period\n
• Float Requirement: Yes, float to other units as needed\n
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients\n
• Scrub Color: Blue\n
• Special Equipment: DaVinci Xi, Ion Robot (robotic surgery experience preferred)\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Current and active Compact RN license or Maryland Registered Nurse license\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience in a similar-sized hospital\n
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; CNOR certification preferred\n
• Proficiency with Cerner EMR charting system\n
• Experience in General and GYN surgery required; robotic surgery experience a plus\n
• Ability to work two out of three major holidays (including surrounding days)\n
• Two supervisor references required\n
• Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n

\n\nOR RN Responsibilities\n

\n
• Circulate and scrub for a wide range of surgical procedures: General, GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, Thoracic, ENT, Endoscopic, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Plastics, Urology, and Robotic surgeries\n
• Operate advanced surgical equipment, including DaVinci Xi and Ion Robot\n
• Maintain strict infection control and patient safety protocols\n
• Float to other hospital units as needed\n
• Participate in on-call rotation (3 weeknights and 2 weekends in 6 weeks)\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including pharmacy, rapid response, and support staff\n
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients\n
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR\n
