Job Description
Bergman Incentives is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our pick-and-pack distribution environment. The ideal candidate has progressive warehouse experience, proven leadership skills, and a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy while fostering a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet daily productivity, quality, and safety goals.
Manage order fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Oversee inventory control processes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Monitor and improve warehouse workflows, space utilization, and efficiency.
Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to meet client expectations.
Maintain warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
Develop KPIs and reporting for operational performance and productivity.
Support growth initiatives by identifying process improvements and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years progressive warehouse experience in a pick-and-pack environment, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and safety standards.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
