We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and support our expanding logistics needs. The Warehouse Manager will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, management of team, schedules and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will manage people, processes, and systems to ensure productivity targets are met and workplace health and safety requirements are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations
• OSHA compliance and compliance with all SOPs in the warehouse
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and shift leads
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Implement and manage warehouse KPIs
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction strategies

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to lift and move items as needed (may require up to 50 lbs)
• Experience in building management and compliance with OSHA
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification or safety training
• Forklift certification
