About Us:
We’re a fast-paced auto auction facility seeking a skilled and reliable Auto Mechanic to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance—and enjoy working in a team environment—this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Perform mechanical inspections and light repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Diagnose and identify mechanical issues before auction day
Complete minor repairs including brakes, belts, batteries, hoses, and fluid checks
Ensure vehicles meet operational and safety standards
Document work performed and communicate with auction staff as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
Prior experience as an auto mechanic or technician (auction or dealership experience is a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic tools preferred (shop equipment is provided)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
ASE Certification (not required but a plus)
Familiarity with OBD2 diagnostic tools
