Parkview Health is actively seeking qualified Anesthesiologist Assistants to join their new and expanding program in .

Specifics of Your Role as an Anesthesiologist Assistant

• This position is full time with 4 10-hour shifts per week
• No nights & no call - excellent work/life balance!
• Overtime is available if desired
• This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Completed an Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) program.
• Certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Anesthesiologist Assistants (NCCAA).
• Indiana State licensure.
• No experience necessary if all licensing, certifications, and clinical hours were completed in the post-baccalaureate program.
• Strong communication skills and respectful bedside manner.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and appropriate utilization of healthcare resources. Ability to work well within a team and support system initiatives.

The Team

• This is a MD/AA Care Team Model that has experienced growth due to the hospital system's success and expansion.
• Our team includes 42 Anesthesiologists and 10 Anesthesiologist Assistants .
• We care for hundreds of patients annually across various specialties such as cardiovascular, orthopedic, trauma, general surgery, endoscopy, obstetrics, pediatric, neurosurgery, and more.
• Our facilities include Parkview Regional Medical Center, Parkview Randallia Hospital, Inverness Surgery Center, and Parkview Wabash .
