- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, IT, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably in ITSM or enterprise reporting environments. - Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes is highly desirable. - Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. - Prosci or similar change management certification preferred.
Job Description
A large utilities is seeking a proactive and experienced Change Management Consultant to support the successful implementation of ServiceNow ITSM and a parallel reporting transformation initiative. This contract role will focus on driving user adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management strategies. This role will be 3 days a week onsite in Newark, DE.
Compensation range $45-$55 an hour.
