Responsibilities:

Team Environment:

• Work well and interact with others respectfully.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Execute multiple tasks with efficiency.

Operational Excellence:

• Provide excellent guest service.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Adhere to safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Profitability:

• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
• Prepare and deliver all products according to brand standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply).
