Custodian - Day Apply for the Custodian - Day position at Paycom . The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderly condition of the building and facilities. They collaborate as part of a team to create a comfortable and positive work environment, contributing to the overall workplace experience. Responsibilities Assume responsibility for cleaning facilities as directed. Cleans facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Gather and empty trash containers. Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures. Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees, using both step and extension ladders. Dust furniture, walls, cubicles, machines, and equipment. May move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks. Cleans and services restrooms. Assume responsibility for assisting with waste disposal and room preparation in Café/Cafeteria. May clean plates and put dishes into washing machine. May add ice to the soft drink dispenser. Show regular attendance as required. Perform other duties as assigned.
