Prior Experience in Dental Field and Dental Front Office positions is REQUIRED for this position.
We are looking to add a full-time Dental Front Office Coordinator to our family practice team. 1+ years of experience in a Dental front office position is required. Knowledge and Hands-on experience of Open Dental and/or Dentrix preferred.
We provide excellent pay of between $26 and $30 per hour based on qualifications, along with industry-leading benefits including medical (match), dental, 401K retirement, 401K match, Vacation/ Sick Paid Time Off (PTO), Holiday Pay, Periodic performance bonus, subsidized Health club membership, Continuing Education credits among others. Location: Durham Dental, 16780 SW Upper Boones Ferry Rd., Portland OR 97224 (Next to Bridgeport Village Mall)
Schedule: Full Time (36 - 40 Hrs per week). 4 days a week Min. 8 AM to 5:30 PM. Work-life balance is important and we can discuss any flexibility you need.
Pay/ Compensation : Pay range up to $30 per hour for a top-notch, patient-focused, team-driven, productive, and experienced professional. $1000 retention bonus upon first 12 months tenure.

Job Responsibilities:
Keep the Provider Schedules full and ensure office resources are optimized
Greet patients and update patient information and do insurance verification
Collect patient payments, Schedule patients
Handle all patient and vendor communications
Handle insurance submissions, and insurance payments, follow up on outstanding insurance claims
Help keep the schedule running smoothly
Run start of the day end of day reports
Own Top Line (Revenue growth) and Bottomline (AR Collection) to the industry's best standards
