About the RoleAs an Entry Level Business Management Trainee , you’ll be part of a structured development program that teaches the fundamentals of business management, team coordination, and campaign execution . You’ll learn through direct, on-the-job experience—helping manage outreach events, mentoring new hires, and ensuring campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in leadership and business training workshops
Support the coordination of community outreach events and live marketing campaigns
Manage logistics, staffing, and brand representation at partner locations
Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and team development
Mentor and support new associates in their professional growth
Track performance metrics and report insights to management
Represent client partners with integrity, empathy, and professionalism
