About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Institutional Advancement and Fundraising. The successful candidate will be tasked with promoting and representing the organization's work and mission to Catholic institutions and individual donors. This pivotal role involves cultivating and stewarding relationships, growing endowments, and advancing planned giving initiatives. Key responsibilities include cultivating new institutional relationships, stewarding existing partners, promoting planned giving strategies, and representing the organization at various events. The Executive Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to support fundraising efforts. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) and at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales, institutional financial services, development, or estate/charitable planning. A strong knowledge of capital markets and institutional investing practices is essential, as is a proven track record of achieving sales and development goals. The role requires exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. A commitment to the mission and values of the organization is a must, and strong connections or familiarity with the Catholic community are highly valued. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
