About the Job This position is a full-time position. The schedule would vary but mostly be Saturday through Wednesday. The hours would be mostly be 8:00am to 4:00pm based on hotel needs. There is opportunity for evening shifts as well.
Your duties included but not limited to: - Clean all hallways/staircase, public restrooms, windows, entranceways patio, elevators, pool-exercise room, pick up the parking lot, inside/outside trash.
- You will be working closely with the Head of Housekeeping and the Maintenance department.
- Advise supervisor of low inventory items; assist in receiving items and taking inventory as required.
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Follow all established safety protocols and procedures at all times. Immediately report any unsafe or malfunctioning equipment or any safety incident to the supervisor or manager on duty.
- May assist by performing dishwashing or other kitchen duties as needed
- Recheck restrooms throughout the shift, cleaning and restocking supplies as needed.
- Taking out trash from each floor of the housekeeping closets and taking the bags to the dumpster
- Report problems and maintenance needs for the supervisor.
- May be required to assist in laundry, clean rooms, or complete special projects assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities: - Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms.
- Standing up and moving walking around
- Bending, stooping, kneeling.
