We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials for our online emergency training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team to create digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, website graphics, and brochures.
- Design and produce graphics for online training modules, including illustrations, icons, and animations.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and effectively communicate our message to our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our marketing materials.
- Assist with editing and proofreading of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
