We are looking for a reliable and experienced Painting Foreman to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage crew members, and ensure high-quality production on every job site.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of painting crew members

• Track and verify crew members' hours; ensure timesheets are completed and submitted to the office daily

• Maintain organized records of all receipts when using the company card for material purchases

• Order appropriate materials according to the job scope and ensure timely delivery

• Delegate tasks effectively to maximize productivity and efficiency on site

• Train and mentor crew members to improve skills and promote growth within the company

• Maintain clean and organized job sites at all times

• Monitor material usage to minimize waste and control costs

• Coordinate with other trades or subcontractors when needed to ensure smooth workflow

• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures

• Inspect materials and equipment regularly to identify issues such as malfunctions or mistints

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional painting experience (preferred)

• At least 1 year of experience in a foreman or supervisory role (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of painting tools, equipment, and materials (required)

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team (required)

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills (required)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)

• Valid driver’s license (required)

Please note: This role is based primarily on outdoor commercial job sites. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more and working outdoors for full 8-hour shifts, five days a week.
