Our agency is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who has a passion for photography!

We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced  REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER and VIDEOGRAPHER to capture the essence of our marketing needs throughout the city and the surrounding areas. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling through the lens, has a keen eye for detail, and is ready to contribute to our team's success.

Your work will not only showcase our client's properties but also highlight the unique charm of our marketing story which is a part of our company culture. You will have the opportunity to see some of the most beautiful real estate in the area and have a ton of fun while doing it! This position is great for an individual who likes to work at their own pace but can multi-task multiple projects and balance a heavy workload at certain seasonal times. There are some in-office requirements but ultimately the ideal candidate operates where needed and is most productive. This is a great opportunity to be exposed to exceptional leadership and have opportunities for growth within the company.

$45,000 - $75,000

• Photograph and/or video properties for online and print marketing purposes so buyers show interest quickly
• Contribute to and assist with website and social media marketing so properties and agency are represented in the best possible way
• Advise real estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results
• Able to retouch photos to ensure best lighting, contrast and high quality so homes are pictured at their very best
• Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
• Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible

Additional Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of real estate listings.
• Collaborate with our agents to understand and meet their marketing needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional content.
• Contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
• Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
• Experience working with different lenses, lighting and video equipment
• Must possess excellent computer skills and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
