Sales Trainer – Saginaw, MI
Compensation: Base + Bonus | W2 Role
On-Target Earnings: $100,000 – $110,000 +

We are looking for a Sales Trainer who is passionate about coaching, teaching, and helping sales professionals reach their full potential. This role is perfect for someone who loves sharing knowledge, building confidence, and shaping the next generation of high-performing sales talent.
What You'll Do
• Deliver onboarding and early-stage training for new sales hires
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen skills and results
• Review recorded calls and provide feedback for improvement
• Partner with leadership to develop training programs and track progress
What We're Looking For
• Strong background in sales, coaching, or leadership (Home Improvement Industry Preferred)
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder
• Organized, dependable, and motivated by helping others succeed
• Comfortable traveling within market for team training
