As Warehouse Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring safe, efficient, and timely warehouse operations, without the pressure of client acquisition allowing you to focus fully on operational excellence and team leadership.

Responsibilities /

Warehouse Operations /

• Oversee daily operations: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Optimize storage utilization, improve efficiency, ensure OSHA compliance.

E-commerce & FBA Fulfillment / FBA

• Manage Amazon FBA replenishment and transfers.

• Supervise fulfillment for Shopify, Walmart, eBay, Amazon FBM, Temu.

Team Management /

• Lead a 8-10 -person warehouse team: scheduling, training, performance reviews.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination /

• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.

• Monitor shipments, resolve exceptions, optimize costs.

Requirements

Qualifications /

• Language / : Bilingual in Mandarin & English (required) /
• Experience / :
• 3+ years in warehouse management (e-commerce and Amazon FBA preferred).

• WMS/ERP knowledge, Excel proficiency, data-driven problem solving.
